Pros

Never bored since we always rotated documentation, sampling, and dry lab testing. Overtime opportunities and GMP’s were some of the best I’ve seen in the industry. Good people to work with. Room for promotion. Overall, great place to work and would return given the opportunity in upper management.

Cons

Only downside for me was commute and pay. While compensation was fair, it was not enough for me personally given cost of living in area.
