Pros

Work from home. Little management interaction.

Cons

Out of touch senior management applies a "one size fits all" template to each territory. President of company comes from disposables and applies disposables business concept to capital equipment which doesn't work. Very high rep turnover and dissatisfaction. Little to no development of product since 2011.

Pros

Great co workers and non exec managers. Decent pay. Flexibility regarding remote work since Covid.

Cons

No culture whatsoever. Executive management team only cares about profits. Constant re orgs and layoffs. Most current execs have not been there more than 2 years due to recent exec turnover.
