Pros

Remote work supported easily, Great team and work for me was actually very good.

Cons

First off, Natus is not a company, its really a corporate holding organization that buys up competent neurology companies, guts them and keeps their products on life support with a skeleton crew. All the great Neurology companies (Dantec, Nicolet, Bio-Logic, Grass, Xltek) are gone and their products are no longer innovated. If you are on a New Product team, there is a 100 percent chance that it will never get to market and you will get laid off due to some idiotic board room political BS. In fact, Natus hasn't brought anything to market on their own. Its all legacy stuff that is just updated. Most Neurologists loathe Natus but have no choice because their competitors Cadwell and Nihon Kohden prices. I am surprised the DOJ hasn't launched a Anti-Trust lawsuit against them. The latest round of layoffs (downsizing) was the ultimate slap in the face. They threw out some of their best employees. Multiple people I know who were laid off did more work individually than half this company combined. So many people here are sleeping under their desks and creating dumpster fires but yet, they have the audacity to keep these dead weight useless people. Furthermore, they made more acquisitions in 2023! No wonder they are in the red. Lesson Learned: Effective talented employees will have no value here and good work is no guarantee of employment. Only the dead-weight who latch on to important projects or have some nepotistic support will survive.

Pros

Great co workers and non exec managers. Decent pay. Flexibility regarding remote work since Covid.

Cons

No culture whatsoever. Executive management team only cares about profits. Constant re orgs and layoffs. Most current execs have not been there more than 2 years due to recent exec turnover.
