Pros
There is a lot of work to keep you busy and will always be learning something new. The PTO was good compared to other companies.
Cons
When people were let go, there was zero time for knowledge transfer and often they would let people go seemingly without regard for the role they played. When a need came up the rest of the team would just have to figure out a way to make it work.
