Pros

Lovely, enthusiastic people who are driven by the innovative product and able to balance the fact that NavVis has demanding goals while keeping a fun work environment and tight-knit feel. Offices in Munich, NYC and Shanghai already!

Cons

Some growing pains due to the fast growth of the company - some processes have not scaled yet.

Awesome company to work for. The product and people are incredible. As a salesperson I don’t have to lie or embellish. The product and software are so good I literally just call people and tell them all about it. It sells itself and I like that even the hardware that they stopped manufacturing years ago still gets updates and releases so it keeps a good relationship with customers. Definitely the best sales job out there as a BDS.

Cons

None. Maybe if you didn’t like travel long term because there is more as you progress but I like it so not a con for me.
