Pros
An individual has access to a plethora of different career fields. One can choose from Nuclear Physics all the way up to the Trade careers(Electrician, Carpenter, Janitorial, etc.) There is a consistent atmosphere of learning new and useful information, there is no reason for anyone working here to fail. If you have a strong sense of Patriotism and a drive to help protect our country, this is an excellent place for you.
Cons
Barring the occasional disgruntled Manager or Supervisor this is a relatively pleasant place to work. This is a performance based organization so be wary of those days when you under perform.
