If you make make mistake and you correct it the next time, they always remember it. They are so dishonorable that, they don't even follow the normal business Protocol of at least giving an employee a 90 day probationary. They can cut you lose for making mistakes, even though you have corrected them, they are dishonorable and vengeful!
