Pros
Great culture, management and benefits. Health insurance is okay. The 401k was pretty good. The stock options were good as well. The company has a lot of party’s that have great food and drinks. Management really does care about their employees. The best manager I’ve ever had worked for Navient.
Cons
Unfortunately, there is no job security. There are company wide layoffs every six months or so.
