Pros

The company is growing and there are great opportunities to succeed in the environment. This employer is about "performance and working". If you are looking for an easy, laid back environment to work in, this place is probably not for you. However, if you want to walk away each day knowing you did some good then this is the place!

Pros

Lots of good people on the front lines. SAP is a mature and valuable software. It's easy to get behind the product. Lot's of growth opportunity is possible here, if...

Cons

Little to no training and enablement. There is no investment in developing and grooming employees to be successful. SAP is such a large and complex platform that it would take more than a year to become self sufficient and a valuable sales rep or consultant, even with some training. Unfortunately, they just kind of turn you loose in the deep end and as a result you're constantly feeling in over your head or like a fraud because half the customers have been on the platform longer than you have and know more than you do if you're just starting out. It makes it difficult to be confident, but you're supposed to be the "authority". If you're already an expert on SAP, and you are high functioning on your own, you'll have a much better chance of success here. The top performers work 20 hour days though and that's just kind of expected because they can't keep people around and those remaining take on more work than they can handle in a reasonable work day.
