Pros

My boss was amazing, they have a great product. Some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. Lots of knowledge about business processes.

Cons

No training, they only care about money. Constantly changing business plan and structure, no culture at all, communication was fuzzy at best. Lots of gossip around the office that makes new people feel very insecure. Low pto days, management seems disorganized everyone has a different idea of what is going on.

Pros

Navigator provides a ramp-up and certification plan to help you move quickly into the position. As an application consultant, you'll have customer-facing experiences on a daily basis. This helps to promote fast growth in your knowledge of SAP, of Navigator's integrated products, and of business processes as a whole for a wide array of industries.

Cons

The application consulting ramp-up was too fast for comfort. To move someone reasonably into a new software as large as ByDesign, it would be ideal to have a training plan that covers each of the main areas you'll be working in, and have that training plan span a few months. When the full training is crammed into a month and a half, and is combined with other projects, customer issues, and product trainings, that can cause fast burnout.
