Pros

Strong interconnected culture with multiple office locations in US and Canada. Lots of long term employees

Cons

Private equity owned. New CEO is not additive to the culture. No loyalty or respect for individuals - only sees people as expenses. She’s also obsessed with herself, her podcasts, DEI and women’s empowerment. Not my cup of tea!

While we recognize that leadership transitions can bring differing opinions, it's important to highlight that our CEO's initiatives, including her podcasts, have been instrumental in driving significant traction and visibility for the business. These efforts are part of a broader strategy to position us as thought leaders in the industry and have generated new opportunities for growth and engagement with our customers. Our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and women’s empowerment reflects our values as a modern, forward-thinking company. These initiatives are not only important for fostering a positive workplace but also for driving long-term business success. Regarding our approach to business operations, we are focused on both growth and sustainability. Leadership decisions are made with careful consideration for the future of the company, balancing short-term goals with a long-term vision. We remain confident in the direction we are headed and believe that the changes being implemented are designed to ensure the continued success of the business and our employees.

Pros

- Management knows what they're doing and does a good job at getting interdepartmental projects done smartly - Lots of vacation time - Very good about remote work flexibility

Cons

- Annual performance reviews & raises were not a standardized company process during my time there. Raises were at the discretion of your direct manager - Smaller company means health insurance was lackluster. Would not recommend joining unless you can be on your spouse's health insurance coverage

Thank you for sharing your feedback and noting positives like project management, vacation time, and remote flexibility. Regarding performance reviews and raises, we follow a standardized annual review process. It’s possible there was a one-off where a review wasn’t completed during your 1–2 years with us, but consistency remains a priority. Providing the best benefits possible to employees and their families is always important to us. Healthcare changes nationwide have impacted small and mid-sized businesses like Naylor, but we strive to offer strong options while keeping them affordable. We did notice the job title and location listed don’t align with our records, making it hard to confirm context and focus on any specific concerns you mentioned. More detailed feedback would help us address concerns effectively, and we encourage employees to share issues with HR during their tenure. Your feedback is valued, and we wish you success in all your future pursuits.

Pros

The office building was fine, good light and reasonable parking.

Cons

• The management team was packed with people who seemed to get promoted because they were favored, not because they had any qualifications to lead. • Getting a clear answer about priorities or direction was nearly impossible because the people making decisions appeared completely disconnected from the work itself. • Every meeting felt like watching unprepared leaders stumble through problems far beyond their capabilities, and the most frustrating part was knowing those same people would likely be rewarded with even more authority. • Strategy changed constantly, decisions were overturned without explanation, employees were shuffled into roles they were unprepared for, and no one was ever held accountable. • The entire organization was consumed by uncertainty because the dysfunction started at the top and spread into every corner of the business. • It took less than a week to see how deeply broken the structure really was.
