Pros

The office building was fine, good light and reasonable parking.

Cons

• The management team was packed with people who seemed to get promoted because they were favored, not because they had any qualifications to lead. • Getting a clear answer about priorities or direction was nearly impossible because the people making decisions appeared completely disconnected from the work itself. • Every meeting felt like watching unprepared leaders stumble through problems far beyond their capabilities, and the most frustrating part was knowing those same people would likely be rewarded with even more authority. • Strategy changed constantly, decisions were overturned without explanation, employees were shuffled into roles they were unprepared for, and no one was ever held accountable. • The entire organization was consumed by uncertainty because the dysfunction started at the top and spread into every corner of the business. • It took less than a week to see how deeply broken the structure really was.

Pros

Opportunities if you're assigned with a good territory.

Cons

- Competition is ruthless. - Colleagues become fiercely competitive and constantly clash over territories, stolen clients, and commissions. - The people responsible for this are management. - The unfair treatment and blatant favoritism were impossible to ignore. - Better territories were handed to favored employees while expecting everyone to hit the same targets.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We’re disappointed that your experience did not reflect the environment we strive to maintain at Naylor. While sales organizations naturally involve a degree of competition, we disagree with the characterization of that competition as “ruthless” or driven by favoritism. Our approach is designed to balance performance expectations with fair and structured territory assignments, and we have established processes in place to ensure consistency and objectivity in how opportunities and targets are managed. We take concerns related to fairness and management practices seriously. Territory assignments and performance goals are regularly reviewed to align with market realities and business needs, and decisions are not based on favoritism. We also encourage open dialogue and provide channels for employees to raise concerns so they can be addressed constructively. We recognize experiences may vary and continue to evaluate our practices to support a collaborative and respectful workplace. Feedback—both positive and critical—plays an important role in that process. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

The experience you gain will be useful in your career.

Cons

Naylor Association Solutions has an extremely stressful work environment. Our managers keep setting unreasonable targets and unrealistic goals. Employees are always under immense pressure since there's no way that we're reaching the management's targets without sacrificing our work-life balance, if it's even possible.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the experience gained at Naylor valuable for your career development. We take concerns regarding workload, performance expectations, and employee well-being seriously. Our intent is to set clear and achievable goals that reflect business needs while supporting a sustainable and balanced work environment. We are committed to ensuring employees can succeed in their roles without sacrificing their well-being. The vast majority of our sales representatives consistently achieve their goals, reflecting the strong tenure of our sales teams. Many of our employees have built long and successful careers with us, which we believe reflects an environment where performance expectations and work-life balance can be effectively maintained. That said, we recognize that sales-driven roles can be inherently demanding and may not align with every individual’s expectations or preferred work style. We continue to evaluate our processes to ensure they support both employee success and organizational growth. We appreciate your perspective and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
