- Fully remote - Work life balance - Good quality product but the market is not growing so no potential growth

Cons

Probably the people who stay at Neat are people who can only work at Neat. All the former Neaters, who managed to find other jobs, are all glad that they left. I’ve never met someone that has good things to say about Neat after they changed jobs and realized how much it’s better at the new workplace. - Unclear and unreasonable targets to achieve bonus - No career growth - No guidance, no training - What is said and promised today will change by tomorrow - Easily hire and easily fire - Many questionable senior managements

-great pay -the people are great to work with

Cons

-Products not tailored towards SLED business and not putting enough emphasis on the SLED division. -Communication- being fully remote it sometimes took a couple days to get a response back on a simple question -Deal transparency- sometimes product landed on site without the reps knowing about it all. There needs to be a better correlation between sales and the distributors -Large VARs were not really focusing on SLED deals at all which made it challenging to sell into
