-Products not tailored towards SLED business and not putting enough emphasis on the SLED division. -Communication- being fully remote it sometimes took a couple days to get a response back on a simple question -Deal transparency- sometimes product landed on site without the reps knowing about it all. There needs to be a better correlation between sales and the distributors -Large VARs were not really focusing on SLED deals at all which made it challenging to sell into
