Cons

The US sales leader is going to take the company down. He is woefully inexperienced and inept. There's no real strategy, and the "strategy" that is in place changes quarterly.

-great pay -the people are great to work with

Cons

-Products not tailored towards SLED business and not putting enough emphasis on the SLED division. -Communication- being fully remote it sometimes took a couple days to get a response back on a simple question -Deal transparency- sometimes product landed on site without the reps knowing about it all. There needs to be a better correlation between sales and the distributors -Large VARs were not really focusing on SLED deals at all which made it challenging to sell into
