Too much office gossip including with supervisors, double standard for them as well, too many meetings and nothing really gets accomplished that an email couldn't do, bad bonus structure and pay, executive team portrays they are there for you but really aren't.... this includes billing, some of hr and operations. In the end, everyone's end goal is to look out for themselves no matter who they step on.
