Pros

The mission! Helping the medically indigent in the community is the best and what keeps people working here.

Cons

Loads of work for the pay for managers. Too many family members of Exec Team promoted/hired multiple times over the years (hmmmm) without the experience or knowledge to do the job. HR is a mess and policies are not adhered to.
