Where do I start So short staffed overwork the employees Revolving door of staff and contractors Stuff gets dumped on staff and they have to figure it out with few instructions Lack of support from management Out source AP to Mexico and my supplier invoices get lost all the time

Discriminatory bosses, your skill and dedication meant nothing if you weren't "certain" individuals. Every ounce of your being is expected to be given, but the moment the "certains" need or want something or are in jeopardy you are the scape goat and/or problem. Was an awesome place at first. Then new owners, and the minor issues of staff got to be to much. 5yrs I was there. My attendance and pride in what I did went to hell. I did all I could to stay but for sake of my mental health and feeling of self worth, I had to quit. Sucks cause there are a few AMAZING people there. The the hell FAR out weighed the good. Main boss would call grown men from other departments vulgar names in front of everyone then when confronted get away with either lying or calling it a joke. This I witnessed myself.
