Hours if you never want time off.

Cons

Was told 4 10 hour days. Was doing 6 11-12 hour days. Told 2 days before if you had to work weekends. No raises in 3 years.

Was once a great company - good to work for. Employees felt appreciated. True family atmosphere. But that is long gone. No positives remain that were obvious

Cons

This company is truly in a death swirl. All of the good experienced people are leaving or are already long gone. This is due to the way they are treated.

Where do I start So short staffed overwork the employees Revolving door of staff and contractors Stuff gets dumped on staff and they have to figure it out with few instructions Lack of support from management Out source AP to Mexico and my supplier invoices get lost all the time
