Pros

Corporate employees are really good to work with, it is a true partnership, they are headed in the right direction.

Cons

The local team worried me and kept me up at night. I could not continue to work alongside a team that made kneejerk decisions and did not partner with key contributors. This team constantly points blame on other areas rather than their own shortcomings. No team building, managers constantly beat you up and talk about you behind your back. No loyalty, not at a cohesive team, no support system

Discriminatory bosses, your skill and dedication meant nothing if you weren't "certain" individuals. Every ounce of your being is expected to be given, but the moment the "certains" need or want something or are in jeopardy you are the scape goat and/or problem. Was an awesome place at first. Then new owners, and the minor issues of staff got to be to much. 5yrs I was there. My attendance and pride in what I did went to hell. I did all I could to stay but for sake of my mental health and feeling of self worth, I had to quit. Sucks cause there are a few AMAZING people there. The the hell FAR out weighed the good. Main boss would call grown men from other departments vulgar names in front of everyone then when confronted get away with either lying or calling it a joke. This I witnessed myself.
