Pros
Lots of innovative products being released almost yearly. Different avenues for growth if you are in Lansing, MI office.
Cons
Marketing is awful. They stopped attending some important trade shows. No leads ever come in, our own customers don't know we sell other products. You are required to generate your own leads and the YOY growth is over 15%. That's hard to achieve when there is little to no other help from the company itself.
