Tough road ahead...

Pros

No shortage of work and people to train. The products and people are exciting. There is a new building under constuction. You get to see alot of people quit, and more recently alot of people fired.

Cons

The excessive amount of leadership turnover has left this a rudderless ship. The pay has greatly lacked cost of living increases. With the recent (continued) poor financial performance, annual bonus will be further reduced. This coupled with the devestating equity decline makes for quite compensation gap when comaring YOY. Training on systems like SAP is non-existent, and the SAP integration, 3 years in, is still a mess.

Pros

Good benefits package. Lose the attitude of an entitled millennial, this is an international company who is growing to a point where the stocks are now oversold. Learn the business and contribute.

Cons

Need a more competitive pay scale outside the C suite. Need managers who are actually able to learn products and problem solve. Company needs to mentor more effectively.

Hard to grow without resources

Pros

The extreme level of employee turnover and failure to resource objectives provides the opportunity to jump from fire to fire, which can make the day pass quickly.

Cons

Even if you are excellent at putting out said fires, your NEOGEN career will consist of taking care of messes left by inept management or under resourced teams. You will likely receive no recognition, monetary or verbally, for driving excellence. This sounds negative, but the reality is a lack of alignment on priorities and an honest assessment of resources required to achieve these priorities is not currently present in the organization.
