Pros

- Executing on strategy since George has taken over as CEO. - We have made it through many cDot migrations which has helped us get our mojo back. - Strong earning potential. If you are good you will make money in short term. - Best data management platform on the planet. If you understand data management and how to elevate business value from data you will do well. - Amazing products in our portfolio

Cons

- Not a dynamic sales organization. Operations is king. - Sales leadership is weak with very little sales background. Majority of sales leadership either don't have a sales background or have not been in the field for 20 years. Very tactical and short term focus lacking a holistic long term approach to success. - Working on the sales team feels more like a job then a career. New leadership does not promote from within. Very little opportunity to take that "next step" in your career. - Expect to see only short term success. Company rewards mediocrity and will penalize you the next year if you do well. - Very little resources available for reps. Be prepared to wear multiple hats that prevent you from being "field active"

Pros

Amongst the top companies in the data storage industry = company stability.

Cons

If you'd ask me a year or 2 ago, I would have given the company 5 stars. But, as with most tech companies now, they've started to follow the trend of return to office, regardless of logic. There's little to no room for exceptions and the company would rather sacrifice productivity regardless if they know the hardships for people living in metros (one way commute to the NY or SJC office can take 2 hours one way!) - that and there's no commuter benefits. You have to pay out of pocket and live in fear of not receiving your bonus if you miss the "thrive together" quarterly requirements.
