Pros

Healthcare/401k/ Stock Options Snacks in the office are pretty great Co-workers

Cons

Compensation- they make it impossible to get paid (on purpose) Constant restructuring in the wrong ways Leadership is clueless- decisions are made because they sound good on paper but once implemented it's a disaster (impacting business and revenue) Lack of growth.... hope you like the role you were hired for. Punished for push back or not being a "yes man" Back to the office and seems they are pushing out those who are remote

Pros

The office is nice, modern, and a comfortable place to work.

Cons

**Title: Unprofessional Management and Poor Treatment of Sales Staff** ⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with NetApp in Cork was extremely negative, mainly due to poor management and how the sales team is treated. I was made redundant in October, even though management reportedly knew as early as May — yet nothing was communicated. Being kept in the dark for months created unnecessary stress, uncertainty, and a strong sense of disrespect. The final six months at the company were particularly awful. Morale was low, pressure was high, and support from leadership was virtually non-existent. Targets often felt unrealistic, communication was unclear or misleading, and feedback from sales staff was ignored. Instead of supporting and developing the team, management relied on pressure, blame, and silence. The environment felt toxic, demotivating, and emotionally draining, especially knowing decisions about job security were being withheld. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution anyone considering joining the sales organization unless there are major changes in leadership culture and transparency.

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits. Remote work.

Cons

Good ol’ boy network for the new sales leadership in core and cloud sales. We keep getting the rejects from Dell and AWS. Huge egos. Continually get rid off solid long term and loyal employees to bring their former coworkers. Not afraid to get sued.
