Straight forward, stable opportunity, that is exactly as you see it now. This is a lifestyle company that is not about getting bigger and better. It is what it is, no more, no less. If you can fit in, be happy with the conditions as you start - then you will be wildly happy.

Cons

Nothing will change, even if you want more. If you aspire to more, want the business to grww so that yourself can grow - forget about it. It is what it is ... get in the flow and be happy or get gone.
