Pros
The biggest pro working here was the work/life balance. Rarely had to work late evening or weekends, flexible work from home schedules if you were a parent. Great location in Los Gatos and some fun company events (work happy hours, holiday party, summer event with remote employees). Many employees have worked at NetLine for several years and there was little turnover in most departments before 2015.
Cons
There is little to no career advancement and the company does not invest in employees for professional growth. The workplace is extremely gossipy and lacks professionalism in that regard
