1.) Good Salary -They offer good salary for joiners 2.) Good Hikes- Hikes are good compared to other competitive companies 3.) Onsite opportunities but based on your terms in projects and role 4.) Flexible Timings (Depends on managers some managers do micro management)
Cons
1.) Less employee centric policies. 2) Layoff fear always surrounds you so in terms of Job security its always a risk 3.) Old Techonologies 4.) No cultural activities 5.) Sports activities used to happen with good turn around those also reduced now. 6.) Mostly company is becoming work centric and don't focus on socialization, team building or cultural activities.
