Worst decision ever - Anonymous employee Netcracker Technology Employee Review

No proper KT, after joining in only they will assign you a project. Even your line manager will ask you to join calls during your induction time. No proper management of trainings and you have to learn by yourself ( which is quit difficult as no one will guide you what training you should take). I faced 2 escalations within 1st week itself. ( As did not having any understanding what am I doing).
