Pros
The product has high capabilities and the potential to grow significantly. Suhail stands out as a manager who knows how to handle his team effectively and implement smart strategies. Which shows why his team is high performing team.
Cons
The management, especially for the SDR night shift, is a major drawback. It could bring down the company if not addressed. The director, lacks professionalism and often makes derogatory comments instead of providing constructive feedback. True leadership involves knowing how to communicate, lead a team, and provide constructive feedback, which is sorely missing here. Personal discussions take precedence over professional development. There is no platform to provide feedback to upper management. They don't seek to understand the root cause of underperformance and instead blame SDRs with unrealistic targets. The environment is mentally exhausting, with no space to learn or room for mistakes. Instead of constructive feedback, gossip prevails, making employees feel worthless. Other managers, focus on monitoring the team rather than helping them with strategy. They themselves don’t know what needs to be done and how. Sitting and checking how many calls SDR make per day is not gonna help. The real issue of SFDC data quality is ignored. Instead, SDRs are unfairly expected to clean data before starting their actual job, which was not mentioned in the job description. Breaks are heavily monitored, and taking a break is viewed as an intent issue, creating a suffocating and claustrophobic work environment.
