Not many, just extremely good benefits which is why anybody would stay
Cons
Leadership isn't setting any clear direction for the company. That's not just one person saying this.. You can see it in the stock price. It has gone nowhere. There is incredible turn over. Key people leaving every day. Not a good place to work.
