Pros

None. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Nothing.

Cons

Expected to work all hours of the day. Text messages coming through all evening and weekends. Disturbed even when on annual leave. No sick pay. No working from home even after agreements during interview stage. Working conditions are poor. Equipment is poor. Management have a noose around your neck. Always the sense of anxiety. Never comfortable. Directors have no interest in their staff, if they do talk to them it will be to berate them. Staff turnover is ridiculous. Square pegs in round holes in this place. Anyone with any knowledge and people with expertise are ignored as they go against the directors will. Sackings are commonplace. No perks. No job satisfaction. No appreciation for the work that’s put in. Avoid this place like the plague. It is an embarrassment to the New Balance name. At interview it is sold as a job for New Balance, but trust me, it is far from it. If New Balance knew what this place was like, they would revoke their licence very very quickly. Massive blame culture within the business. No one takes responsibility for their errors. Staff salaries aren’t paid on time. When they are paid you are made to feel like they’ve done you a favour. So glad to be out of there
