Pros
the pay and other benefits are really not to bad. if you want overtime this company has overtime.. So, if you have a family there will be weeks you really don't get to see them because you are scheduled to work 7 days a week, like it or not. Management gets weekends off but employees work 7 days a week.
Cons
HR lies to employees, the HR doesn't really do anything to help the employees. The HR can not be trusted and it doesn't matter what you say, they don't listen, the laziest people I have ever seen. They want employees to bring people in to fill out an application, isn't that the job of HR. I have only worked here for a couple of years and have seen people that have been loyal to the company. I am talking about people who have been with this company for 8, 9, 10 years who are the really hard workers and HR treats them like dog meat. I have watched the disrespect from HR and Management.
