Extremely hostile work environment in an agricultural setting. Females treated unequally compared to male counterparts. Satellite/ Remote locations are not accountable to Las Cruces staffed supervisors. Very ineffective union. Obligatory deductions for retirement taken without prior notification and they increase if your salary increases, as do the medical contributions. So, no real way to get ahead while working there. Educated staff not valued.
