Pros

Friendly, family atmosphere. Career growth opportunity - employees are appreciated for the hard work and promoted from within. Generous benefits, probably some of the most generous compared to other employers in the area. Great work-life balance, often has early releases on Fridays. Remote work is available during winter snowstorms. And there are no words to describe the elaborate Christmas parties. And the list goes on and on...

Cons

None I can think of, one of the best employers in my career.
