Pros
Good company to work for with a friendly staff. The Ceo's are very hard working individuals and expect the same from you as an employee.
Cons
Showing more belief in the staff and being a bit more direct in what they are looking for would be helpful. It's good to take out time to sit down with an employee and see where they need help if you see them struggling.
