They Asked Us to Write Positive Reviews

Pros

As part of an attempt to improve company image, they have asked members to write positive reviews for them. It's apparent when paid time off is 5 days, which includes sick days and certain holidays when clients are open.

Cons

While they have a couple long time employees which will vouch for them because of their personal relationships, most employees would agree that Newt Global is one of the worst places to work. We're not only subject to changing rates at the drop of a hat, they constantly barage us with additional work. It's not our job to spy while on client site yet they insist to have us send confidential information as well as perform the jobs we were contractedd to do.

Pros

High Profile Accounts that could provide good opportunities for full time employment.

Cons

Extremely negative attitude internally, unclear expectations, dishonest management, clear difference in treatment for indian vs non indian, bad benefits package, and two owners that are beyond rude to their employees. When a letter was published expressing dissatisfaction with the internal strife at the company, the solution was to find and terminate the employee without real reason.

Only Con no Pro . Con house

Cons

- Verizon is their only client which they got by bribing management at top level. They will loose it soon. - Its a con house with no job security as contracts run few months and you could be fired any time. - They simply hire bodies from India and lie to get a contract . Dont come in their visa ..you are screwed
