Pros

They pay slightly above market rate.

Cons

The leadership at this organization are LIARS -- they make promises and refuse to stick to their words. This is in regards to leaving early (which at this job is before 8 PM), health benefits being available, taking advantage of a "free gym membership", and being able to grow and learn new skills. They have shady business practices, and are years behind building a platform that many other expert networks already have more effective versions of. Do not expect to have any semblance of work/life balance, as the Executive Team has been known to call and text employees at all hours of the night and on weekends. This is including not leaving the office until 9 or 10 at night most nights. They claim this is all "part of the start up culture", but as a start up veteran, I know this is just time mismanagement. This job is tedious and mind-numbingly repetitive, with no growth opportunities. The leadership team does not care about this. They only care about building a product that can be sold. I urge everyone who works there to get out. There are many other opportunities out there where you will be respected and grow as a professional. You deserve a work/life balance!
