Pros
No security blockage in almost anything. Can do own R&D or even random testing Easy to do goofy things. Some employees are smart and quite helpful.
Cons
Crappy management but good people around. Management is full of liars and disrespectful people. Some are good though. They expect you to work anytime they want and no respect/appreciation for it. Year end evaluations are pre-decided and has no impact of your exceptional hard work all year long. Makes non-sense remarks in year end evaluations. Anyone can change your time sheet. Could be forced to reduce working hours. Makes false promises to clients and fails to deliver it on time. Lacks on product testing importance. Random promotions can disappoint dedicated work force. No proper promotion/grading system. No proper training for your work. No/old documentation. Information sharing system is fairly lame
