Pros
-The location is nice, there's a subway station in the building
Cons
-Terrible work/life balance, they expect you to work at least 10 hours a day and they don't pay overtime and they don't give you time in lieu, while the higher management is barely there from 9:30am to 4pm, it's indeed a very opportunistic management that I believe starts at the very highest level. -You are guilty until proven innocent, they will suspect you are slacking off from day one even if you bust yourself putting in 10 hours a day. -The management is full of liars, especially project managers who would sell out their team to save themselves when a project is doing poorly (they blame the failure to the higher management of the poor employees) -The workplace is like a call center, anyone can take anyones belonging and they ask you to change desks at least twice a month, you are expected to to carry your own stuff from place to place. -Anyone who has been there for longer than you is pretty much your boss and tells you what to do. -The turnover rate is extermely high, do your research, that high number of turnover should told you something is not right. -I actually had an interview with another company where the interviewer said "you looks stressed, I'm assuming it's because you work at Nexj". They are that known for being a terrible place to work for.
