Pros

- Very smart people who know a lot about the industry. - Excellent methodology and idea (model driven engineering) - Decent team based organization structure (SCRUM) - Free membership to gym

Cons

- Long work hours. - Questions don't get answered properly a lot of the time. - People like to shift blame around (happens almost everywhere though) - Some co-workers don't care enough or so it seems

Pros

I've just started but I like it so far: - Everybody is super friendly and co-operative - Flexible - Lots of smart and experienced people - Lots of info on the product and processes

Cons

A lot of reading materials are available to better explain the product but being a more of a visual learner, videos would probably work better (there are videos as well but they don't cover 100% of it)

Pros

Very smart people who know their industry. Good intentions with product. Direct managers were great.

Cons

Leadership living off their laurels from the internet bubble. Not willing to progress. CEO thinks fear is a motiviator
