Pros
1) Very impressive technology stack - lots of advanced engineering ideas 2) Great place to learn as a software professional, especially if you have little experience 3) Nice location - York Mills Centre, easily accessible by GO Transit, subway, TTC buses
Cons
1) Work can get uninteresting quickly, depending on your role 2) Quite a bit of bureaucracy, I think this limits creativity a lot 3) Fairly low compensation, seems that management gets by far the biggest slice of the pie 4) Somewhat long working hours: 9AM - 6PM. Nevertheless, they are somewhat flexible about this.
