Cons
Don't expect to have a life outside of NexJ. Core hours are 9-6pm but most people work 60+ hours per week and work through their 1 hour lunch to meet deadlines yet are paid regular 9-5 salaries. There is no overtime pay, time off in lieu of etc. Don't expect a thank you from management for your hard work, you are simply expected to work ridiculous overtime hours. You are not allowed to take sick days regardless of company claims. Top management will not be sympathetic if you are away from work for any reason even if it's only for one day. There is no work/life balance at all.
