Pros

- you're constantly busy and will never get bored - smart, talented co-workers - free gym membership

Cons

- poorly managed - punitive and disrespectful - minimal work-life balance - low pay compared to other companies - minimal creativity permitted - have been told by other employees that when a manager forms an opinion of you and your work, their opinion will not change regardless of how hard you work and how much your skills advance - have heard from other employees who left the company that the policy is to not give references

Pros

I've just started but I like it so far: - Everybody is super friendly and co-operative - Flexible - Lots of smart and experienced people - Lots of info on the product and processes

Cons

A lot of reading materials are available to better explain the product but being a more of a visual learner, videos would probably work better (there are videos as well but they don't cover 100% of it)

Pros

Very smart people who know their industry. Good intentions with product. Direct managers were great.

Cons

Leadership living off their laurels from the internet bubble. Not willing to progress. CEO thinks fear is a motiviator
