- extremely abusive working enviornment. CEO makes his rounds on everyone, screaming, spitting, insulting, and blaming everyone for any failings. - upper managment has no backbone and is literally, frozen in fear of the CEO. Hard to foster creativity in an environment ruled completely by fear. - lagging product. several competitors can do what Nexj can, but quicker and for way less money. Poor stock performance and poor sales are clear indicators of this. - Poor benefits - High turnover, (everybody hates it and is scrambling to get out) - no HR department - no personal development or career growth - micromanagement and scrutiny on things that don't matter - poor operations. - I Highly encourage anyone who is thinking of working here to reach out and talk to an ex/current employee to get a real understanding of what goes on at this place.
