Pros

- given as much responsibility as you can handle - you can go from entry level to significant responsibility and title quickly if you have the right personality/drive for it - pretty smart and experienced coworkers - the coops posting negative reviews - QA can be boring, get some experience and find another position more challenging. Its an entry level position

Cons

- need to create a more social and fun environment - a certain amount of arrogance ingrained in the culture - not good at retaining talent - career paths are not clear

Pros

I've just started but I like it so far: - Everybody is super friendly and co-operative - Flexible - Lots of smart and experienced people - Lots of info on the product and processes

Cons

A lot of reading materials are available to better explain the product but being a more of a visual learner, videos would probably work better (there are videos as well but they don't cover 100% of it)

Pros

Very smart people who know their industry. Good intentions with product. Direct managers were great.

Cons

Leadership living off their laurels from the internet bubble. Not willing to progress. CEO thinks fear is a motiviator
