Pros
NexJ product direction adapts rapidly to industry and costumer needs, which keeps everyone shifting and learning. Every year I work at NexJ, I have a markedly different role, so I have been able to grow quickly in multiple respects. NexJ's decentralized approach to decision making means that new employees can find themselves influencing key projects much sooner than would be possible in companies of comparable size.
Cons
Because NexJ hires a lot of young graduates who are not settled in their careers, there is a consistent level of staff turnover.
