Pros

Get to know how to work as a team in a software development environment Learn how to be detail-oriented and practice time management skills You can go back to the work place and work as a developer or a PM They have very organized co-op placements and make co-op students feel welcomed.

Cons

The job is not very technical. Very fast paced environment.

Pros

I've just started but I like it so far: - Everybody is super friendly and co-operative - Flexible - Lots of smart and experienced people - Lots of info on the product and processes

Cons

A lot of reading materials are available to better explain the product but being a more of a visual learner, videos would probably work better (there are videos as well but they don't cover 100% of it)

Pros

Very smart people who know their industry. Good intentions with product. Direct managers were great.

Cons

Leadership living off their laurels from the internet bubble. Not willing to progress. CEO thinks fear is a motiviator
