Pros

-> Overall its a pretty stable place -> A LOT of highly Intelligent people who are willing to share the knowledge and lend a hand when needed. -> location wise is pretty convienant, right over yorkmills subway station with go bus access. litterally just take the elevator down to get on either subway or bus. -> Pay is good.. -> There is recognition of work completed and it is rewarded. -> wide verity of work but i guess that would depend on the department you are in. -> Regular updates from the CEO so you are generally well informed as to whats coming up/how things are going. -> All of my direct managers have all been pretty enjoyable people to work with - no complaints there. While the company was going though a re-adjustment phase i was moved around a bit but.. that’s not totally abnormal from my own experiences.

Cons

-> Some of the tools used by NexJ are internally developed which means a bit of an additional learning curve and anything you master with those tools may not be directly transferable skills.

Pros

I've just started but I like it so far: - Everybody is super friendly and co-operative - Flexible - Lots of smart and experienced people - Lots of info on the product and processes

Cons

A lot of reading materials are available to better explain the product but being a more of a visual learner, videos would probably work better (there are videos as well but they don't cover 100% of it)

Pros

Very smart people who know their industry. Good intentions with product. Direct managers were great.

Cons

Leadership living off their laurels from the internet bubble. Not willing to progress. CEO thinks fear is a motiviator
