Pros

- Great people in middle management and lower - Convenient location

Cons

- Several rounds of layoffs - First come first promote. Not based on merit at all - Does not recognize hard work. You can be the best employee and there will be virtually no bonus or career opportunity. - Does not retain talent. Many of the smarter people I knew has left.

Pros

I've just started but I like it so far: - Everybody is super friendly and co-operative - Flexible - Lots of smart and experienced people - Lots of info on the product and processes

Cons

A lot of reading materials are available to better explain the product but being a more of a visual learner, videos would probably work better (there are videos as well but they don't cover 100% of it)

Pros

Very smart people who know their industry. Good intentions with product. Direct managers were great.

Cons

Leadership living off their laurels from the internet bubble. Not willing to progress. CEO thinks fear is a motiviator
