11yAppreciate your input. I joined in Q4 last year and have had strong support from the senior management team to respond to employees issues. We are already seeing good results with a few new initiatives including:
- Piloting a team-based bonus to tie people's work to rewards.
- Launching a Spot Rewards program to recognize over and above performance.
There is more coming and I am confident that progress will continue to be made. As you've mentioned we do have some great perks (gym membership, free food, sponsored clubs, etc.) that we continue to build on.
